Engadget found a source that anounced a Lenovo media tablet called ThinkPad Tablet that will run Android Honeycomb. The Lenovo tablet will have a 10.1 inch screen (1280x800) and will be powered by Nvidia Tegra 2. According to Engadget's source the Lenovo enterprise oriented ThinkPad Tablet will arive in three to four weeks.
